Be guided through different forms of physical movement, emotional release & catharsis releasing all of the built up tensions and worries from the body and mind. Then drop into a deeper state of presence through the guided practice of some rare forms of pranayama & breathwork ultimately leading into a deep state of stillness and meditation. Then have the opportunity to share from your heart as deeply as you wish and practice deep listening to the heart-space sharings of other. Have the opportunity to socialise and make new connections with fellow seekers and lovers of meditation and inner-work over delicious vegetarian snacks and refreshments.
Session is from 2pm to 5pm every Saturday. Advanced booking is reqiured to confirm your place. Contribution is R100 + one vegatarian snack item to share with the group afterwards. Dispensations available for deserving cases.
Facilitated by Swami Ramarishi who has more than 12 years of experience as a groupwork facilitator both in Cape Town and abroad and has recently returned from more than 2 years of intensive inner-practice in the Indian Himalayas.
