Each Friday morning we gather to explore the ancient science of Pranayama — the yogic art of mastering life energy through breath.
Led by Swami Ramarishi, this class offers a systematic and accessible approach to building vitality, clarity, and inner stillness.
Through guided techniques, we balance the nervous system, strengthen the lungs, and open subtle energetic pathways that support deeper meditation and overall wellbeing.

  • Foundational & advanced Pranayama practices (adapted for all levels)
  • Breath awareness, bandhas, and energy balancing
  • Brief meditation & integration at the end
  • Safe guidance and traditional sequencing drawn from Kriya and Hatha Yoga lineages

🌅 Cost: First class free for newcomers / thereafter R150 per session
