A gentle closing to the week — stillness, breath, and community.
Each Sunday evening we gather to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home to ourselves.
Guided by Swami Ramarishi, these sessions weave together ancient meditation methods and heart-based awareness to create a space of inner quiet and human connection. Each week explores different approaches to entering into the state of meditation.
No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are.

  • Silent sitting & simple practices for inner stillness
  • Occasional reflections, poetry, or heart-sharing
  • A warm, peaceful space to rest, restore, and connect

When: Sundays, 6:30–8:00 PM
Where: Sangham Space, 11 Park Road Rondebosch
Cost: Donation Basis

Bring a shawl or blanket for comfort. Bring a cushion or mat if possible, spares are available. If sitting for 45minutes-1 hour cross legged won't be comfortable for you, a chair can be arranged.
