We're a casual, friendly group of people who play ultimate frisbee on Sundays. This Thursday event is for everyone to get together again during the week just to practice some throws and get some extra reps in.
Join us to enjoy the weather and get an introduction to the game of ultimate frisbee. Mostly, we'll be out on the field tossing the disc around. If you've never played before, come learn how to throw, catch, and some basic rules of the game. If you've played ultimate before, come and work on your forehand or hammer.
We won't be playing a game unless everyone really wants to get a small game going, but usually there's only enough people to just toss.
Disks will be provided; please bring sunscreen and water if you need it. We meet on Hester Park. You won't need athletic clothing or cleats, but dress comfortably to move around.
