Welcome to a warm and supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and others.
Anusara Yoga is a heart-centred, alignment-based practice that blends the precision of healthy movement with a deep connection to body, mind, and heart. Each class is thoughtfully designed to uplift and empower you—combining inspiring yoga philosophy, creative sequencing, and clear alignment guidance.
What to expect in class:
- A centring practice and heart theme to ground and inspire you.
- A flowing sequence of postures guided by the Universal Principles of Alignment™.
- Breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness to deepen your inner awareness.
- A sense of balance, openness, and connection—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This class is open to all levels—whether you’re completely new to Anusara or experienced in yoga. Just come as you are, and let's share this practice together.
Payment is optional — you’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you. Your presence is already a gift.
Location: Hyde Park
Meeting point: Serpentine Gallery. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can walk together to our practice spot just next to the gallery.
What to bring: Your yoga mat. Optional: blanket and yoga block if you have them.
