How do hams find local meetings, events, contests and more? After getting your license do you feel abandoned? Look no more with the SPECS SF Bay Ham Radio Resources site (https://www.qsl.net/k9stv/index.html) where Stiv Ostenberg, K9STV, is marshaling resources for ham radio operators and advocating for building a better community of new and veteran hams.

Stiv is the Community Outreach Officer for the Southern Peninsula Emergency Communications System (SPECS). He will be giving a presentation on "Finding and Retaining Next Generation Hams".

The video conferencing session and in-person location opens at 7:00 pm, and the meeting officially starts at 7:15 pm.

**Video Conferencing**: The Zoom link will show on the event page after you register for this event.

**In-person location**: Congregational Church of San Mateo, Betsy Woodward Christian Education building, in the Will Bullis Community Room, 2nd Floor. The church is graciously allowing SMRC to use their meeting room free of charge.

The church address is 225 Tilton Ave, San Mateo, CA. However, on Google Maps, use **[220 Catalpa St, San Mateo, CA 94401](https://maps.app.goo.gl/fqkdjxUnPwLDUBe8A)** to navigate to the parking lot from Catalpa Street. Access to the building entrance is from the back of the building -NOT the main entrance from the street. If the parking lot is full, find street parking. For individuals who need it,
there is a limited number of accessible parking in the parking lot.

**Fox Hunt March 1**
