Bradbury Dam to Sweetwater Trail

Hi there,

I will be leading our hike on the Sweetwater Trail from Bradbury Dam on Thursday, May 29th. We meet at the trailhead at 9am. Remember your hat, hiking shoes, sticks, sunscreen and water. We will hike for an hour then stop and rest and share a story or poem then lead a short discussion about healing our selves with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love. Meet wonderful people.
Invite friends and family at least 18 yrs of age. Sorry no dogs. Please be on time!
