Redrock to Gibraltar Reservoir

Hi there,
I will lead this week's hike to Redrock site. Remember your hat, hiking shoes and sticks, sunscreen and water. We start at the trail head and sign in. We will hike along the ridge road for about an hour then stop and rest while I share a story or poem then lead a short discussion about healing our selves with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love. Meet wonderful people. Optional swim after the hike.

If you want to carpool, meet at the Wake Campus on Turnpike in the back parking lot down below at 8am. Give the driver $3 or more.
