Goleta Beach to Lagoon Island

Hi there,

This hike will take us from Goleta Beach to Lagoon Island, UCSB. We meet at the trailhead. Remember your sunscreen, hat, water, and hiking shoes. We will hike for about an hour then sit for a short discussion of a self-healing topic and then sit silently for 10 min. We then begin our return hike with 10 min of mindful hiking. Meet new people who laugh a lot and have fun.
