Lovers Loop via Grass Mountain Trail

Hi there,
I will lead this hike and I'm excited to share it with you. It's well worth the drive and hope you join us. Remember your hat, hiking shoes, poles, sunscreen, and water. We will hike for an hour then stop and rest while I share a story or poem then lead a short discussion about self-healing with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love.
