Gaviota Trespass Trail

Hi there,

I will lead this hike. Please be on time. Remember your hat, hiking shoes, poles, sunscreen and water. We sign in at the start and sign out at the end. This hike is between mostly moderate and a little bit hard . We will hike for an hour then stop and rest while I share a story or poem then lead a short discussion about healing our selves with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love. Meet wonderful people. Sorry no dogs. PLEASE BE ON TIME
