I will lead this hike and it will be the last hike for this meetup until Dec 16th. The group will continue to hike as Nature and Self-Healing, Int. thru SBCC School of Extended Learning. Remember your hat, hiking shoes, sunscreen and water. We will hike for an hour then stop and rest while a story or poem is shared followed by a short discussion about healing our selves with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love.
