San Ysidro Trail

Hi there,

This is one of my favorite front country trails. Remember your hat, hiking shoes, hiking poles, sunscreen and water. This hike is mostly moderate. We will hike for an hour then stop and rest while I share a story or poem then lead a short discussion about healing our selves with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love. Meet wonderful people and laugh a lot.

This used to be an Adult Ed class, Nature and Self Healing; FOA and will be again soon. Registration for the class is now open. When the class starts on Jan 27th, this Meetup will stop and the trail locations will be sent those who are registered for this free class.
