The format:
6:00 to 6:30 - Arrive / food.
6:30 to 6:40 - Intro & Explanation
6:40 to 6:50 - Suggest / Pitch topics / voting / scheduling
6:50 to 7:45 - sessions/lightning talks
7:45 to 8:00 - Wrap up.
