Guided Breathwork and Stillness Meditation

SEATED MEDITATION
Where? At the Mission Rose Garden at 420 Plaza Rubio [across the lawn from the "Old Mission Santa Barbara" (2201 Laguna Street)]. We will meet and sit on the southeast portion of the lawn (just east of the rose garden).
When? At 6:00 p.m. (PDT) on 02 November, 2022.
Itinerary? Initial 5 minute discussion regarding breathwork, then breathwork, then meditation.
How long? 1 Hour (or less).
Cost? Free.
Bring anything? Bring a folding chair (recommended), blanket or nada.
Experience meditator? If you have meditated before, please feel free to use whatever method you are comfortable with.
New to meditation? If you ask, I will quickly offer simple instruction (breathing techniques) to help still the monkeymind and connect the bodymind to the electromagnetic fields of Heaven and Earth -- invoking presence (and, paradoxically, vice-versa -- i.e., connect to presence and concurrently connect to the energy of Heaven and Earth).
If you'd like, I will be quiet as a mouse. Or, if you'd like, I will be happy to answer any questions regarding meditation, holistic healing modalities including holistic psychology, holistic healing philosophy, how to attain one's human potential (life purpose and life service), bioenergetic healing (energywork), etc.
Please note -- For beginners (and non-beginners), I will show up 30 minutes early (at 5:30 p.m.) -- where we can explore how to calm the monkeymind using simple techniques (including Buddhist walking meditation, abdominal breathing, and other methods). I will also be available after seated meditation to answer any questions.
I look forward to sharing stillness with the group.
I appreciate your willingness to take this time to meditate -- as most certainly the world can benefit from positive intention and energy. And, as you know, the greater the number of meditators, the greater the potential for benefit at a macro (global and Universal) level.
