Are you interested in networking with other real estate investors in Santa Barbara? Join our Happy Hour and mingle with like-minded individuals interested in house hacking, in- and out of state investments, BRRRR's, short- term and mid- term rentals, ADU permitting or syndications. Whether you are a seasoned investor or just starting out, this group is for anyone looking to grow real estate portfolio. Connect with fellow real estate entrepreneurs, share knowledge and resources, and explore opportunities.
We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 6pm. Each meet up is themed and at about 6.15pm (don't be late!) we will have one to three 'Local Legends', who are experienced in the topic, kick off the meeting. They will give a brief 5-8 minute talk where they share their experience with the topic, struggles, wins and lessons learned. After they finish and we all have time for general Q&A, then we will switch to a casual networking Happy Hour the evening off.

Managing Flips and Rehabs with Donald
Brass Bear Uptown, 3302 McCaw Ave, Santa Barbara, CA, USHey fellow investors. This March 2026 will focus on managing flips and rehabs. Donald Preston will be kicking off the evening talking about his experience as a project manager for a successful flipping operation in Ventura county. After hearing form Donald we will transition into open networking through the remainder of the evening.
We will be in our usual spot at Brass Bear Uptown in the smaller private room. Look for our sign (looks like the banner to this event). IMPORTANT: please arrive early to purchase drinks and food. We ask that each attendee purchase at least one item of food or drink to support our use of the space. Thank you!
