Are you interested in networking with other real estate investors in Santa Barbara? Join our Happy Hour and mingle with like-minded individuals interested in house hacking, in- and out of state investments, BRRRR's, short- term and mid- term rentals, ADU permitting or syndications. Whether you are a seasoned investor or just starting out, this group is for anyone looking to grow real estate portfolio. Connect with fellow real estate entrepreneurs, share knowledge and resources, and explore opportunities.
We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 6pm. Each meet up is themed and at about 6.15pm (don't be late!) we will have one to three 'Local Legends', who are experienced in the topic, kick off the meeting. They will give a brief 5-8 minute talk where they share their experience with the topic, struggles, wins and lessons learned. After they finish and we all have time for general Q&A, then we will switch to a casual networking Happy Hour the evening off.

Hey fellow investors, this month's meetup will be focused on out-of-state investing. Our Local Legends Matt Abrams, Krystal Freedom and Alex Bekeza will be kicking off our evening with some brief talks on their unique experiences and challenges growing and managing an out-of-state portfolio. Matt and Alex focus more on ‘cashflow’ markets like Saint Louis, MO, and Krystal invests in the more stereotypically appreciation-focused market of Hawaii. We will be back at Brass Bear Uptown but note that we will be in the larger private dining room this time. Look for our sign (looks like the banner to this event).
The meetup will be from 6pm - 8pm and we will kickoff the talks around 6:10 pm. Make sure to get there on time and get your food and drink orders in before we kick things off. After the talks we will leave some time for some questions to the panel and then will move into open networking to finish off the evening.
