Managing Flips and Rehabs with Donald

Hey fellow investors. This March 2026 will focus on managing flips and rehabs. Donald Preston will be kicking off the evening talking about his experience as a project manager for a successful flipping operation in Ventura county. After hearing form Donald we will transition into open networking through the remainder of the evening.

We will be in our usual spot at Brass Bear Uptown in the smaller private room. Look for our sign (looks like the banner to this event). IMPORTANT: please arrive early to purchase drinks and food. We ask that each attendee purchase at least one item of food or drink to support our use of the space. Thank you!

The meetup will be from 6pm - 8pm and we will have plenty of time for open networking after the initial discussion. Looking forward to seeing you all!
