Learn to Make Sogetsu-Style Ikebana arrangements

Geri Servi of J-Tansu, a Japanese art and antique shop in Carpinteria, is a Sogetsu-style Ikebana practitioner. Geri is offering a series of four classes, including floral supplies, tools and instruction. The classes will be Thursday, Sept. 10, 17, 24, and Oct. 1.

You'll learn to make your own arrangements, and if you bring containers/ikebana bowls, you can take your finished arrangements home with you.

I will need commitments from 10 members to make this activity a "go."
