Plan to come and walk and talk with a Doc!

Meet at Shoreline Park, upper parking lot, (closest side street is San Rafael) on the sidewalk by the chainlink fence. Bring friends, dogs, kids, all ages and all abilities welcome. Walk with a group or at your own pace. Some of us stay on top of the cliff (1 mile round trip), others like to go down the hill to SeaLanding (the jetty where the cruise ships come/ go)(3.4 miles round trip); The great thing is you can go as short or long as you like! The route is largely flat, safe and even has some lighting for when the sun sets earlier, and there are restrooms along the way. We walk rain or shine. There is a physician there every week so bring your health questions! Please bring a snack and/ or water if you need it.

This group meets every Thursday night (5:45-6 pm meet time), and (usually) the 2nd Saturday of the month (9:45-10 am meet time). PLEASE CHECK to make sure the Saturday hasn't changed.
