February Meeting

This will be the first ever meeting of the Santa Cruz Cookbook Club! For our first meeting we will be making recipes from the book "Coastal" by Scott Clark and Betsy Andrews.

This meeting will be held at the Scott's Valley Library in the Fireside Community Room from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, February 3rd. Their community room has a sink and fridge should you need one.

Please bring a dish from the cookbook to share with the group. Below is a link to sign up for what recipe you want to make, and has a section to add allergies. Please note any allergens used in the dishes you make so that we can make the group aware. While we will try our best to accommodate food allergies, please know not every dish will meet everyone's needs!

For those not wanting to buy a new cookbook, I think it also makes sense to share copies between us! Please let me know if you are buying a book or if you would like to share one and we can organize accordingly.

For our first meeting, I will bring cutlery and plates for us all, but feel free to bring anything else you might want such as a tea or juice, cups, etc.
