Healing from Self Criticism and Shame: A 5 week Sounding Heart Workshop

We often hear that we are our own toughest critic, but what if there was more to it than that? Self criticism, shame, and guilt are the destroyers of joy—zapping us of confidence, happiness, and the ability to live up to our fullest potential. These feelings weigh us down and continually cause us to suffer until we find a way to let them go. In this in depth five week healing journey it is time to let them go and to let love and compassion for yourself in.
My name is Shira Stone, I am a Sound Healer and psychotherapist. In my 30+ years of experience I have had so many clients tell me that they want to stop the self criticism and shame and open up to self love but can’t. I also know this feeling well from my own personal journey, I know it can feel impossible to stop this cycle of shame that many of us have been raised in and existed in our entire lives. That is why I created the Sounding Heart Method. Combining the ancient wisdom of Sound Healing using crystal bowls and my voice, somatic awareness, and the experience of being truly heard, the Sounding Heart method reaches and introduces healing to all parts of us that are hurting, wounded, rejected, and stuck.
