Boost your immune system, release stress, and move stuck emotions—including grief—through the healing magic of Laughter Yoga!
Join us for a joyful and freeing experience that helps you shake off stress and feel more alive. In this playful Zoom session, we’ll use laughter, breath, and connection to release tension and uplift the spirit.

Laughter Yoga is a simple yet powerful practice where we engage in breathing and laughter exercises—at first simulated, but quickly becoming real and contagious. These exercises help the body release feel-good hormones, boost the immune system, regulate brain chemistry, and increase resilience and joy.

Laughter helps release stress and move deeper emotions like grief, creating space for lightness and healing. It lets the body lead, bypassing the mind and restoring emotional freedom and inner peace.

This is a fun, transformational class for anyone wanting to feel lighter, more open, and connected.
