A short, sweet ONLINE weekly practice designed to engage your body in the practice of joy and feeling good.
Monday and Wednesday Mornings, 8:30-9 AM PDT / 11:30 AM-12 PM EDT.

Our bodies carry around the habits and patterns of our past, whether positive or negative. In order to stay healthy and resilient, it's important to regulate our nervous system, lower the stress hormones in the body and PRACTICE FEELING GOOD!

In order to truly feel joyful and happy, I believe WE ACTUALLY NEED MORE THAN EXERCISE AND REGULATING OUR STRESS LEVELS. The chemicals of stress and worry are much stronger than any feel good chemicals, and they hijack our well-being. So how do we stop feeling stressed, overwhelmed and anxious?

Come to this WEEKLY JOY PRACTICE to unlearn stress and negativity, and anchor new pathways of positivity and joy in the body. I hope to see you there!

This practice is coming from my years of experience with meditation, conscious movement, laughter yoga, energy medicine, grief yoga and my desire to release the trauma from my past and cultivate more joy in my life.
