We help mamas reconnect with your sense of self, your desires and intuition, and your joy in motherhood. We believe that your aliveness & vitality is the warmth of the family.
We also work with couples to rediscover each other post-baby and reignite the spark in long term love. We believe your intimate relationship is the foundation of the family.
