Big MTB adventure in Aptos

Join us for a ride in the forest of Nisene Marks State Park. We will meet near Epicenter Cycling in Aptos. From there we will make our way up the main fire road into the woods for about 13 miles... roughly 10 of those will be spent climbing. The apex of our trip will be by the entrance of Ridge Trail at Demo. However, our route will take down the opposite side of the mountain through a series of single track trails ultimately connecting back on the main fire road at a much lower elevation. This will be about 24 miles in total with 3000-3500 feet of climbing. I plan to bring 4L of water and an extra snack. Please plan accordingly.

Please be aware that mountain biking can be dangerous. Always ride within your ability. All riders must wear a helmet. Gloves, hydration packs/bottles, snacks, sunscreen, insect repellant, spare tubes and a multitool are also recommended.
