Who is your host?
Matt Mainini launched his career at NASA, where he applied user-centered design to complex systems. After a successful run in Silicon Valley's high-tech industry, he brought that same analytical mindset to real estate investing. Having reached financial independence through short-term rentals, long-term holds, and private lending, Matt now focuses full-time on multifamily acquisitions. He’s passionate about helping others take control of their financial future and invests with clarity, discipline, and long-term vision.
