Santa Cruz Gamer Gaggle

A salon-style get together for local tabletop roleplaying gamers. Come hang out with other Santa Cruz County residents interesting in geeking out with fellow TTRPG enthusiasts on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

The Santa Cruz Gamer Gaggle is organized and hosted by local Santa Cruz County gamers (and this Meetup Group ho) Erick Schmidt and Matt Steele. We’re just friends building a community of local gamers who want to sit down and talk gaming every once in a while.

There’s nothing like sitting across the table from someone and talking about the latest release or industry controversy or favorite setting or rules set. We want a little more of that in our lives and want to do it with other folks in Santa Cruz County who feel the same.

We start each Gaggle with an icebreaker topic to get conversation started. Then we switch to an Open Gaggle where people chat about whatever TTRPG topics they like.

Our goal is to grow the in-person TTRPG community of Santa Cruz County locals. We know that there are a lot of gamers in the area, but they're a bit disconnected and isolated. We want to bring us all together to meet, hang out, and chat about TTRPGs.
