Class is open to all levels beginners to advanced.
This is a high vibe, artistic, energetic dance class that cultivates body empowerment, self expression, sensuality, fitness, strength, healing and self love.
Class is deeply rooted in Afro Brazilian foundation and consists of a mixture of Samba no pé, Carnaval style from Rio de Janeiro, as well as dances from Bahia such as Samba de Roda ( Samba community circle, Folkloric root of Samba) and Samba Reggae.
Samba is a dance of resistance. It is a rich history of story telling through dance, passed down from generations that is not told in history books.
This class is geared towards dancers of all levels and backgrounds who are inspired to train, improve and learn Samba dance technique from Brasil.
Class starts with a gentle follow along warm up, stretch and strengthening and moves into basic fundamental Samba foundation, building up into a dynamic and fun dance together.
Class is set in the divine feminine energy. Open to all.

Class is $20 per class
