In terms of cosmic configurations, it is a momentous day that begins a Neptune at 0° Ares cycle the likes of which have never been seen before by anyone now alive (notwithstanding a few mystics who claim to be more than 164 years old). The day also kicks off a new Zodiacal journey for Saturn, as the planet will also be at 0° Ares on that day.

Given the range of subjects that we will eventually cover, I want to spend the remaining Fridays through February on the work that is most fundamental to Friday Night Light. Please refer to the Hilltop Hideaway in the High Desert casita photo. So here is the remaining lineup leading up to 2/20:

1/30: T. S. Eliot

2/6: Albert Einstein

2/13: Everything Else, including the kitchen sink

Be prepared for the ride of your life, guaranteed.

Knowledgeable people have been anticipating this period in human history for many years now, if only because of the number and significance of celestial firsts we are witnessing in our lifetimes. Pluto in Aquarius. Neptune in Ares. The discovery of Eris, often considered the destructive little sister of Mars. And of course the conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at °0 Ares on Feb 20, 2026. Dozens more cycles are on our radar.

Anybody can track the motion of objects in the sky. The question is whether there is any meaning behind such motion.

Over the next six weeks, we will be tackling a wide range of topics having to do with human history, focusing on the recent past ... in order to put the near-term future in perspective.

Feeling a bit unsettled? Anxious? Uncertain? Confused?

Go watch Darkest Hour (Gary Oldman, Kristen Scott Thomas). Things are darkest right before the dawn.

The ride is going to be quite bumpy for the time being. Be prepared.

"This is the use of memory:
For liberation—not less of love but expanding
Of love beyond desire, and so liberation
From the future as well as the past."
- T. S. Eliot, Four Quartets

FNL can help you navigate through the so-called chaos and uncertainty. Get calm. Fear is for the unenlightened.
