The Significance of the 0 degree Aries Point

Many astrologers say that the 0 degree Aries point is s significant as the planets in influencing a chart. It is the vernal equinox, the start of the tropical zodiac, and the the beginning of the cardinal signs. From February 14 - 22, with the exact time on the 20th, Saturn and Neptune will conjunct that point. This is a rare event. On the 17th there will be an eclipse at 28 Aquarius. Then Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces. Some say February will start to change everything. We will look at that point on our charts as well as what changes may be going on around us.
