Let's examine our "out of bounds" planets in our charts. Out of bounds planets are planets whose declination (angular distance north or south of the celestial equator) exceeds the Sun's maximum declination (around 23 degrees 27 minutes N/S). This means they operate outside the Sun's normal influence, leading to unconventional or extreme expression of their themes. Most of us have at least one out of bounds planets in our charts.
