## 6-week series: Turning Your Problems into Inner Strength
Each and every day, without choice, we experience problems that can make us frustrated and unhappy. These may appear as loss, loneliness, sickness, depression or just not fulfilling our own wishes.
Since many of these problems seem to be unavoidable, we actually need to develop more effective ways to respond to them so we are not continually becoming unhappy. In this series, we will learn how to transform adversities into opportunities for spiritual growth, developing minds of patience, compassion and wisdom. Thus, we can begin to use all our difficult situations as a means to develop inner strength and happiness.
Classes include guided meditations, practical teachings and time for discussion and Q & A.
