# Solving our problems with love
We all encounter difficult people, stressful situations, and mental pain. We often react with frustration, avoidance or blame. But what if there was another way?
In this series, we’ll explore how cultivating and enhancing our mind of love can become a powerful tool to solve our own and others problems. Rather than seeing people as obstacles to our happiness, we’ll learn how to view them as part of our spiritual path.
Using meditation and Buddhist wisdom, we can shift our mindset, transform adversity, and find inner peace in our daily life.
Classes include guided meditations, practical teachings and time for discussion.
