"Leading through Change" Meet and Greet (for Execs, Entrepreneurs, and Managers)

This being our true "group kickoff" event, I want to focus on getting to know each other, laying a foundation, and see what topics emerge to go deeper into. For future events, we'll have more targeted topics.

For this first event, as leaders who are tasked to lead through these times of rapid change, let's come together to share our challenges, celebrate what's working, and support and learn with each other.

We'll kick off with an activity or two to get to know each other and each others' work. Then, we'll break out into groups to discuss different aspects of "leading through change", alternate between small group and big group discussions, and end with some free networking time.

Change happens most easily when diverse perspectives come together to shine a light on the bigger picture. Let's come together, create community, and explore how we can support each other and our work here in Santa Fe.
