Awakening the Ajna Chakra (Spiritual 3rd Eye)

Greetings,
These past years have been quite the journey. I've been on a path of self-improvement and adaptation, like many of you. Admittedly, mastering social media isn't one of my strong suits. However, I've evolved in other ways, such as setting up a ZOOM studio for both individual and corporate sessions.
In the past, I provided guidance on how to tap into the Akashic Records consciously. But now, I believe there's greater value in guiding individuals toward unlocking their Ajna chakra, or the third eye. This grants one the power to traverse various spiritual pathways - be it exploring the Akasha, bi-locating, astral projection, soul journeying, or connecting with other dimensions.
Starting in November, I'll be hosting 90-minute study sessions. These will occur on Saturdays from 1 PM to 2:30 PM, accommodating up to 20 participants.
What to expect? We'll delve into breathing exercises, meditative practices, mantras and mudras, and even dietary recommendations to enhance your journey. For instance, one primary thing to steer clear of is fluoride. Ingesting certain metals and fluoride can cause calcification of the pineal gland, hindering the third eye's potential.
