Santa Fe Drink & Draw

This is a social art group for anyone who is interested in meeting up to drink..and draw!

Bring your sketchbook/tablet/etc and meet up to have a drink and meet new people in the Santa Fe area.

The locations can vary, but overall mellow bars/pubs/cafes are ideal to sit in a group and converse over some drinks. Suggestions for new places to check out are always welcome!

People from all art backgrounds (from never touched a pencil to a seasoned artist) are welcome. This is a casual art/social group, group drawing exercises can be done but mostly this is just to have fun, sketch, and enjoy meeting new like-minded people.

Regarding supplies: Dry/non-messy media is ideal considering the public spaces we'll be meeting at. Pens, pencils, and digital media are preferred as to not have to worry about mess clean up.

*Note: This group was active here on Meetup from about 2018-2020, but during COVID I shut the group down because paying the monthly admin fee didn't seem logical. I switched to a free Facebook group, but since things are opening again and Meetup is more conducive to new people joining, I've decided to come back to this platform. I just have to start from scratch since the old group was not saved/archived by Meetup.*
