Dinner at new Fable Restaurant and Market in Eldorado

Thanks to a recommendation from our members, Andrew and Karen Rodney, we are dining at the new Fable Restaurant and Market in Eldorado on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Our event is open to 12 Santa Fe Foodies Meetup group members. Fable serves "regionally inspired contemporary American fare." Andrew and Karen gave it rave reviews, so we're excited to go! We'll be eating together at their community table, and we are able to pay individually by credit card.

The restaurant is located at 7 Avenida Vista Grande, Unit 6B, Santa Fe, NM 87508. It's in the shopping center near the Eldorado Supermarket and there is plenty of parking available.
