Please join us at the employee-owned restaurant Cafe Castro, which is very popular with the locals. After more than ten years of restaurant work in Santa Fe, Julia and Carlos Castro fulfilled their dream of opening their own business in 1990, first with the original El Comal, and then with Cafe Castro. The restaurant is in full swing serving traditional Northern New Mexican cuisine. It became employee-owned last year. All entrees are served with red or green chile and a fluffy sopaipilla. With good food, affordable prices, and plenty of free parking, Cafe Castro is a good choice for our SF Foodie Meet-Up dinner. Beer, wine, and wine Margaritas are served. We can all pay individually by credit card. Open to 18 hungry SF Foodies.
