Santa Fe Foodies at Mampuku Ramen

Mampuku Ramen is Santa Fe's only Ramen shop. They are family-owned and operated, and the owners grew up in the family business, running a famous sushi restaurant (Shoko). The menu is a collection of family recipes and techniques learned from their ramen guru, Kenichi Ota. They use the freshest ingredients and make their broth from scratch, simmering it for hours to ensure the richest flavor. Mampuku Ramen is offering us a special family-style prix fixe menu of approximately five courses, including their outstanding Shrimp Stuffed Green Chile Tempura.

Course 1: Shrimp Stuffed Green Chile Tempura
Course 2: Chicken Karaage
Course 3: Kimchi Fried Rice and Pork Fried Rice
Course 4: Half-bowl Ramen (choice of Tonkotsu or Black Tonkotsu; Miso; or Vegetable Miso or Vegetable Shoyu)
Course 5: Vanilla Ice Cream with Sakura Mochi Stout Beer Drizzle
Includes one non-alcoholic beverage
