It's that time again!!

RWS is hosting Friday Night Flow in the park. Grab a friend and come feel like a kid again! Hooping is not only endless fun, it’s also a great cardio exercise and strengthens your core. Benefits include better balance, increased coordination & stamina, and improved mood.

At this time, meetups will only be happening on the first and third Fridays of each month (with a few exceptions). Times will fluctuate based on daylight hours and weather.

Note: This is not a structured hula hooping class. However, hooping and general flow arts questions will be answered. Practice hoops will be available on site.
