We'll listen to a recent talk by Bill McKibben, co-founder of 350.org and author most recently of Here Comes the Sun, and discuss possibilities for action in the January 2023 legislature on "balcony solar," on the idea of the state taking over PNM, and other actions relevant to climate change.
