Santa Fe Poetry Incubator

Hello fellow poets and writers!

Are you seeking a supportive community where your unique voice will be celebrated and nurtured? Are you a blocked creative needing support and inspiration? Do you want to grow as a writer and help create a community of heart-centered, soul-inspired writers?

This is a monthly writing workshop where all prompts and inspiration are provided, all you have to do is bring a pen and the willingness to write.

December’s Incubator will be on Sunday, December 29th from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Iconik Red, 1366 Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe. Suggested donation for participating is $22 - $44.

The topic for this month's Poetry Incubator will be staying grounded in joy during tumultuous times. Sometimes when life is challenging and there is so much, seemingly, at stake, it can almost feel as if not being reactive means we don’t care, as if it’s our civic duty to constantly be vigilant and afraid.

However, if we are regularly under the bombardment of a myriad of stress hormones and overwhelm, it can quickly lead to burnout, not to mention physical illness. Staying grounded in joy and hope is one way we can maintain our health and sanity while swimming in these turbulent waters - and poetry and writing exercises can be an excellent ally in this endeavor.
