Loop Hike on the nearby Carol, Horizon, Juan trails

This is a 4.6 mile loop with a total of about 1,000 ft. of elevation gain. There are multiple ups and downs. Some hiking is on some unmaintained, faint trail. We'll have some good viewpoints, some shady, wooded trail and some steep sections.

We can meet to carpool or caravan from the bus stop at the top of Murales Rd. The trailhead is about 5 miles up Hyde Park Rd. at the bottom of the hill after Ten Thousand Waves.
This hike will take approximately 3 hrs. with a snack break along Tesuque Creek.
