What we’re about

We're a group of singles and couples new to Santa Fe or sick and tired of staying in following the pandemic. Come join us for a variety of activities outdoors and indoors. We're dedicated to exploring restaurants, bars, live music, hiking trails, ski runs, events in town and as far as ABQ or even Taos. Nothing is out of the question from bar crawls, progressive dinners, wine, beer or whiskey tastings, a tailgate - even cooking and painting classes.

The goal is to meet new people, make new friends, strengthen and expand your social circle. Above all, have fun!

Thursday Night Trivia at As Above So Below Distillery

This is a good place to have trivia games, they do them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Thursdays there is no theme, the topics are all over the place. The game starts at 6:30 and goes until about 8:15 or so. They don't serve food but they let you bring any food you want and eat it there.

It's at 545 Camino de la Familia in the Railyard, next to the Violet Crown theater. Recommended to arrive at about 6:15 to get settled and get a drink first. The parking structure is great but costs $7. After 6:00 (before 6 really) they don't charge for parking along Camino de la Familia, so that's the best place to park.

If you cannot attend, please change your RSVP status to "not going". I'm asking this because when we have more than 4 or 5 people I arrive very early to reserve the one large table so we can all sit together.

About Owner & Instructor
Cheryl Casden was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and studied abroad at the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem, Israel.Her studio work has been exhibited in numerous galleries throughout the Midwest. Over a decade ago, her love of art expanded into teaching, where her style is consistently described as fun-loving, easy to follow, technique-focused, and creatively driven.In addition to Paint Sip Chill, Cheryl currently serves as the Retreat Chef at the Southwest Sanctuary at The Chi Center in Galisteo, NM.
