Tarot, Lammas, Lugh and the Goddess

On August 1st, the traditional date of Lughnasha, join the tribe for our own gathering.
The first of three harvest festivals, Lammas celebrates the first cutting of the wheat for bread. It also celebrates the Celtic hero Lugh with horse races, warrior games (think Highland games) and animal judging contests (think county fair). And where does the Goddess fit in? The queenly sovereign who fostered Lugh's hero training. As thanks, Lugh created these games and called them Ladies's Day. Well, that's one story.
