Join Roots for a special evening for the animals. 12-time James Beard nominee, Martin Rios, creates an incredible 5 course vegan menu. Fantastic wines will be paired with each course and proceeds benefit the residents of Roots Animal Sanctuary in Tijeras, New Mexico.

• Limited to 75 guests. RSVP
• Silent auction featuring local artists.
• $180.00 plus tax (gratuity included) per person.
• All guests please RSVP individually. 100% of proceeds to benefit Roots Animal Sanctuary. Reservation is non-refundable, and if you are unable to attend your reservation will be converted to a donation directly to Roots Animal Sanctuary.
