This group was created for moms who want to move their bodies, build strength, and feel good—without needing to choose between fitness and caring for their baby.

We offer approachable, effective workout classes alongside Mommy & Me dance sessions, allowing you to stay active while your baby stays close. All classes include thoughtful variations to support different levels of postpartum healing, so whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your recovery, you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.

Our goal is simple: make fitness accessible, consistent, and enjoyable for moms. Expect uplifting music, clear guidance, and a supportive, non-judgmental community that honors every body and every stage.

This joyful, low-impact, 45-minute dance class is designed for moms and caregivers with babies ages 0–18 months, using front-wear baby carriers so little ones stay close while you move.

Classes focus on gentle, rhythmic movement, simple dance combinations, and musical exploration, supporting bonding, community connection, and positive early childhood development through music and motion.

Our classes are led by professional dancer and experienced personal trainer Shira Math, who brings over a decade of expertise in dance, fitness, and working with moms of all stages.

For moms who are still healing postpartum, a seated option is always available. Participants may remain seated on their mat and follow modified movements, allowing for engagement and community without overstressing the body.

This class is inclusive, supportive, and judgment-free, meeting each parent exactly where they are. Whether you’re ready to move more or simply want to be in a space with other moms and babies.
