This group was created for moms who want to move their bodies, build strength, and feel good—without needing to choose between fitness and caring for their baby.
We offer approachable, effective workout classes alongside Mommy & Me dance sessions, allowing you to stay active while your baby stays close. All classes include thoughtful variations to support different levels of postpartum healing, so whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your recovery, you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.
Our goal is simple: make fitness accessible, consistent, and enjoyable for moms. Expect uplifting music, clear guidance, and a supportive, non-judgmental community that honors every body and every stage.
