Value Bordeaux dinner with 2000/2005 vintages, next Wednesday, March 13, 7:30 PM

Join other Meetup groups and explore some great value Bordeaux while the 2000 and 2005 vintages are still singing at a family style dinner. Wines will be available for sale after the dinner.

Rosti is a modest trattoria at 9th and Montana in Santa Monica, 90403. Please bring your own stemware because you will want to compare wines as they open in your glass.

Early arrivals will enjoy a sparkling/white wine and a surprise white Bordeaux to start, before we dive into the reds. The likely list will include most of the following wines:

2000 du Tertre, RP 91
2000 Grand Pontet
2005 Potensac, WA 90
2005 du Tertre, WA 90
2005 Haut Marbuzet
2005 Le Fleur Bouard
2005 Lafon Rochet
2005 Langoa Barton

We'll finish with a Sauternes.

Dinner is limited to 10 people and includes, food, wine, tax and tip for $85/person or $160/couple. A deposit of $10 is required to reserve your seat via PayPal Friends and Family or another arrangement.

These dinners are always a lot of fun, with a vinous surprise often included.
