Batik Scarf Coloring (option 2 of 2)

Join us for a 3-hour Batik Scarf Coloring Workshop! This workshop is open to all ages and is perfect for a fun, creative experience.

You’ll work on a 21'' x 21'' pre-waxed cotton scarf, selecting from a variety of designs before the class. Plus, you’ll get the chance to use a tjanting tool (wax pen) to add a personal touch by signing your name on your piece.

We’ll introduce you to various batik coloring techniques, showing you how to blend colors and create unique effects on fabric.
We’ll also take care of the wax removal process. Your completed scarf will be mailed to you, ready to wear or display as a unique piece of art.

Schedule:
• 12:30–1:00 PM – Introduction to batik and coloring techniques
• 1:00–3:30 PM – Batik coloring session

Note: Once you’ve signed up, the instructor will email you a selection of scarf templates to choose from for the workshop.

Please note that we do not accept last-minute design changes the night before the workshop.
